Ig-Base: Immunoglobulin structure database
0.5 release (July 2011)

This database contains antibody data compiled from Protein Data Bank (end of March 2008) with the associated annotations by manual inspection, and is implemented with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Currently, there are 302 PDB entries.
